Chose 4 Corners Transport Services based on recommendation from a friend. We booked a few months out and tried to confirm a few weeks out. We were told to wait until after the 4th of July holiday weekend (six days before we moved) that the transporter would be booked. After that weekend we heard nothing. We contacted the company nine times and finally were told that they would miss our shipment window (7-10 July). We were told we would be called on the Saturday before we moved and no one did. We were told days out that they probably could not ship our vehicle at all and we were free to cancel. If we had been given sufficient notice we could have booked another transport. Never use this company.

The customer was told that there were delays due to Covid-19 and the number of carriers vs. the numbers of vehicles available to ship- We never ever told him we could not find the carrier - We told him we would get a carrier but it would be past the window- We communicated daily with this client and apologize for not meeting his deadline- Jeff
