I called Ellen On her off day (Saturday) while looking for a carrier for a car I purchased earlier in the week in Oregon, and she had my car all lined up, picked up on Monday and to me in two days. Very ecenomical compared to others I've used in the past, and very cordial and responsive to communication a few times about logistics. Very happy with Ellen and crew Russell
