This is the 3rd vehicle that I have shipped with Jeff this year and each time, I could not have been happier. He is always very communicative, the pricing is competitive, and the delivery times are always as stated or earlier. In this case, there was an issue with picking up the vehicle as I was told, and told him, that the vehicle was operable. It was not able to be picked up because of that, but he was able to get it re-listed and picked up within 3 days and shipped in just 2 days. Time was of the essence as the vehicle was sitting in a port and I would be charge storage fees if there was a delay.
