Jeff and Ellen were very easy to work with. The carrier they used, Universal Auto Transport LLC, was one they said they work with a lot and that inspired confidence in me, especially since I had not shipped a car before. My car arrived safely and a few days earlier than I had anticipated. I appreciate the quality of service and ease of communication with Jeff, Ellen and the carrier from pickup to delivery.
