This was my first time with shipping a car across the country, I had purchased my car sight unseen which was scary in and of itself, and never having had to ship a car before wasn't sure what all was involved. I spoke with Jeff who was incredibly helpful, they even provided a quote within an hour or so over the weekend. I really appreciate the fact that they typically do asap moves (2-3 days) within your requested pickup date. They were able to pickup on the exact day that I requested, and it was nice to get everything taken care of quickly, unlike a lot of other carriers that never seem to want to give specific dates. My car is an older '71 volkswagon and it was nice to see that they even had had experience transporting similar cars. Overall it was great working with them- the car even showed up almost a week before it was scheduled to, they quoted 11 days and it got there in 5! (Even over a holiday weekend!)
