great follow up

The best part about the experience was that the broker followed up with the driver on some minor damage on the car that the driver caused, and the broker got the driver's company to send me a check reimbursing me for the damage. Jeff took care of me and made sure that the driver's company paid for the damage. A good broker can help you be reimbursed for damage.
I was also generally satisfied with the rest of my experience with this broker. The car got there, in one piece. I do wish that the company had been a bit more available/responsive early on to answer questions, at least just to reassure me during the process. Also, both the pickup and delivery were late, but that was due to the inauguration and weather, which are factors beyond the control of the broker and driver. I think folks just need to keep in mind that, the way the industry/system is set up, car shipment is a chancy thing, so I think folks just need to be prepared for late pickups and deliveries.

Willy Thanks for the nice review. The innaugaration did cause a delay in picking up which is beyond everyones control. We hold all carriers responsible for their actions. That is what good brokers do. I do feel I ansered every question about the process to its completion (you getting fully reimbused). I will make a note of this to make sure I monitor our follow up in the future. Generally barring major storms, and civic events transports are on time within the reasonable parameters set.
