Easy, painless experience. Jeff was always in contact either by phone or e-mail. Great customer service. Unfortunately, the the information that my vehicle was over sized (modified suspension/35''tires) was not passed along to the driver. after deflating the tires, and cinching it down with chains, It was on it's way. It arrived in Arizona in the same shape as when it left Oregon. (Tires re-inflated)... Would definitely used 4 corners again. Special thanks to Dave at CNS transport for all the extra work (with a great attitude the whole time)
