Poor communication

I placed my order with 4 corners on Nov. 13...my car was delivered on 12/16.
I was told the delay in pickup was due to pickup location (Gulfport,MS) is out of the
way for most transporters...this was also during Holiday season. I can accept that
delay.
However, my biggest problem was lack of communication from 4 corners. We were called when they finally told us a transpprt would pick up the car the next day. They said they would call the person at the pickup and let them know. The person at the other end was never called until just befroe the truck arrived. There was no one at the site available to review the car condition.
If they had been called (as promised) they would have been there.
After the car was picked up, it was 12 days before it arrived. I can also accept that delay....I was later told by the driver they had a breakdown. However, 4 Corners never called to advise me of this delay. I called 4 Corners 4 or 5 times asking them about a status and they NEVER returned any of my calls.
I assume they have gone out of business....to this date, they have still never returned any of my calls.
A very dissatisfied customer,
Tim Miller

The customer is always right. This is the case as long as the facts are correctly stated. -Mr. Oscar Bayne was communicated to by us the day of transport. We had to call him for availability since this was a same day transport assignemnt. - the transport time was 9 days - pick up was 12-7 and the delivery was 12-16. - Mr. Miller was called and messages were left ant least a dozen times during this transport. Our office is open 60 hours per week.
