Finally my brothers SUV made it to Tampa. This company was and still is one of the most incompetent companies in the auto transport business.

For starters he could never reach anyone, including the owner at her "business" office cause they had the office on ans mach. And the cell phone for the owner, Juana, is disconnected, imagine that.

The company refused my brother information as to when the tractor pulling the cars broke down in Mobile, AL. any information so a friend of his could go and check on his truck to see if it was ok. Cause the companies truck broke down 2 days before Hurricane Katrina went through the area. So obviously he was concerned over his truck. Not only did the owner Juana claim to not have the paperwork on her, but she was having a tough time reaching her drivers due to the storm, before and after. Yet my brother could reach his friend in Mobile any time with no problems whatsoever.

I do not recommend using this company at all, even if you go thru a broker and they say the company in the past did well. Something is not right with this company. Be Forewarned !!!!!!!
