1st J&E Services is Awful

In regards to my husbands 99 Didge Durango picked up by 1st J&E Services out of Bloomington, Ca. on 8-8 still has not been delivered to our home here in Tampa, Fla.

What kind of business does Juana, who is the owner of 1st J&E have when anytime you call her business office you only get an answering maching, you leave a message, she calls you back 12 hours later. And, her cell phone # on the message that says to call her after hours "with any questions you might have is DISCONNECTED.

The auto transport broke down in Mobile, AL 2 days before Hurricane Katrina, and then numerous delays with getting the work done, and supposedly his truck was finally on his way Friday to Tampa and a possbile expected delivery Sun or today ( Monday ) and that the driver would call a day ahead ( no call as yet ).

Well it's supposedly to date, since the $25 dollar off per day of the delivery $400 off the delivery price, we'll see if 1st J&E Services, or the broker Able Auto try to wrangle out of their promise. I got the e-mail agreeing to the reduced price arrangement.

I dare anyone to try to contact 1st J&E's office and see if they can get anyone live in the office, or the customary answering machine.

Want to hear another thing that's unbelievable. When my husband's truck was stuck the whole time in Mobile, AL when the transport tractor broke down, my husband has a friend that lives 20 mins from that area and offered to go and inspect my husband's SUV to make sure it's ok, neither 1st J&E Services or Able Auto would furnish my husband the information as to where the truck was.

Can you say NEGLIGENCE.

Wonder if my husband's truck will show up today??????
