Never use this company. I had made payment 1 week in advance and on the day of pickup, truck was not available. When asked for cancellation of contract , Jacob was very rude and he doesn’t care about his customers. He just requires money and told me that he will not cancel the contract and “Do whatever you want to do but you will not get your money back”. Other than that he will not listen to customer, customer has to listen to him just because I had paid money one week before. Jason contacted me for this contract and after verifying reviews thought that it’s a good company. Guys be careful with these people. After following up many times with Jacob, he arranged another driver for pickup and informed me that it would be delivered very next day which did not happened. These guys are just agents and trucks would be taken care by another company. Both the companies are not in sync with dates. I recommend not to go with this company. Even truck company doesn’t bother about you. You have to wait for them to get your vehicle. I think most of the reviews were faked by these people. I can provide more details about these guys if anyone requests.But truck driver(Scott) was a good person and he responded for all my calls
