My vehicle was not picked up the date I was told. My vehicle is still in Montana. Once a driver was found, the price was doubled what I agreed to pay. I cancelled and still haven't received my money back. Phone calls and emails about my refund haven't been returned. I am extremely angry with this company, in particular, Allen Jones. Highly unprofessional and dishonest. He never owned up to his mistake and I never received an apology. Do not choose this company if you need to transport your vehicle anywhere. They will string you along until the absolute last minute and flake on you, or ask for more money. Steer clear of 1st Class Auto Transport!
