I was contacted by someone named bobby who guaranteed that they could pick-up and deliver a motorcycle to me before 11/22/11 from Michigan to Missouri... as I was going on vacation after that time period. The conversation roughly took place on 11/5/11 and transport was suppose to happen on 11/9/11... Never heard from bobby again and was constantly given the runaround by some customer service lady named Jenine whose customer service skills,communication and rapport with customers is horrible at best. Very poorly run company as well as pricey transports, would not recommend to anyone save your time and money go with another company you'll be glad you did.
