Extremely poor customer service

Phoned Christian the day before he said the truck would most likely be picked up to find out if someone was on route to pick up my vehicle.Several phone calls were made with no contact,left a message with Christian to get back to me in regards to my truck with No response.Phoned again the next day with no response again, just voice mail ,again left message with no response again. When I phoned the next day to cancel the order they were very accommodating,instead of charging my credit card the $ 50 dollar cancellation fee, they charged the full reservation fee as if the truck had been dispatched .Not the $ 225 dollar fee they quoted to me but a much higher one of $ 295.Which I had already warned my credit card company about , so I protected myself because of reviews I had read on here about this company.So to say the least I would never recommend this company to my worst enemies.Nice when companies think they can charge you for a service they didn't even provide.
