I would say, overall the 1 Shot express service is OK if you really do not care about the pick up and delivery dates.

The customer service dept should definitely need some improvements. They literally gave a damn about my calls. Everytime, I waited about 10 mins on the call and finally it went to voice mail. :)

Since it was on the open truck, finally I got the car dirty. I spent $15 for car wash.

At the end, everything was OK. Got the car and thanks to 1 shot express guys whoever worked hard to deliver my car.
