My experience was just below average. The guys tried hard to get my vehicle picked up, but frankly, their price was too low for the drivers to have any desire to pick up.. So, it's sad that their low price was their worse enemy. So all-in-all, you get what you pay for. They seem like nice people. They seem like they may be under-staffed. Again, low prices may be the issue there as well.

But the vehicle did indeed make it, athough I had to pay a little extra. I was very worried, and skeptical throughout the whole ordeal. But I have a feeling that it is the nature of the business. Very competitive, obviously.

So my experience was just so-so, even though at one point I thought I had been scammed. But if you feel that way, just give these guys some time and they will follow through (at least they did with me). Keep in mind your initial promised pick up date may very well be much, much earlier than when it actually gets picked up.

I don't know if I would use them again. I wouldn't rule them out, but I wouldn't be real excited to call them again.

Thank you Spencer, honestly, we appreciate your input and trust. In this industry we find ourselves pricing all the time and even in rare occasions it will happen when you miss price a vehicle. Yet with our contact and good reputation we are always able to work something out with the carrier and get the vehicle moved.
