When my mother's vehicle broke down, I had no idea how we were going to get her vehicle back to Arizona from Nevada. I researched numerous sites and was hounded by various automated phone calls after putting my information on Broker sites. I finally received a phone call from a real live person by the name of Rene. We discussed my situation and he offered to help WITHOUT making any promises but his commitment to try. I found this to be very honest and forthcoming, so in turn, I committed to 1 Shot Express. Although it took a little longer to find a driver then expected, I was never left in the dark. Rene continued to keep in contact with me until he found a driver. When a driver was found, there were some snags along the trip but again, the driver and Rene, kept in touched with us about the details and made themselves very accessible by phone and never displayed any frustration. I feel compelled to discuss the lateness because it's important to have honest feedback when considering spending lots of money for expensive items. But I detail such information, not as negative feedback, but as a clear picture that when all doesn't go as expected, there is a company that will stay in the process with you until the end. Since our transport wasn't typical, I would ABSOLUTELY expect the pickup/delivery times to be prompt in the future. But in the instance that "stuff" happens, you could count on 1 Shot Express to provide the most personal and reliable information possible. When our vehicle was delivered, I must share that it was in EXCELLENT condition and the final cost had no hidden charges or fees. Since doing business, Rene has reached out to us to make sure that we were happy with their service. I will UNDOUBTEDLY do business with them again and RECOMMEND them to everyone who has a transport need. THANK YOU RENE for making a stressful situation seem so seamless.
