I purchased a vehicle out of state and did a google search to research auto transport. I filled out a form and received 15 phone calls from brokers within 30 mins. I happened to pick up a local number (thought it was work related) but it happened to be 1Shot Express. Ultimately, what a mistake to pick up this phone call. I am like many others that is not familiar with the auto transport industry and it is a bit of a risk to chose a company you don't know much about.

The first phone conversation sounded legitmate and somewhat professional so I decided to take a chance with this company. Carlos was the person I spoke to and he took my deposit (credit card) over the phone. After he took my deposit, he then sent over the contract. Carlos and I spoke on a Wed and he verbally promised the vehicle would be picked up Thur afternoon or Fri at the latest. Well Friday afternoon came around and I heard nothing so I decided to call Carlos. It took about 6 phone calls to reach him and several emails (which not 1 has been responded to yet). Carlos put me on hold for 5 min, then the call was dropped, then had to call back and go through the process again. Once we finally spoke, Carlos said the driver was behind and it would be Sat or Sun now (which I feel was a complete lie in the first place but can't prove it). At this point, I was getting frustrated and asked why he told me Thur and Fri. This is when all professionalism was thrown away and Carlos was dropping F bombs, S bombs, etc. It was at this time I realized that this company was most likely a scam.

Monday came around and again it took several calls to reach Carlos (still no response to email). Carlos said the driver never called back and that we had to start all over again. It was now that I started researching this company (I should have before giving deposit but didn't know any better than). Everything I had been experiencing was on the majority of other posts. Bottom line is this company will take your deposit, then send you a contract (which says it is non refundable....most brokers will refund), put a low bid on the post which means your vehicle will never be picked up, and then they do nothing. They will not follow up with you, return calls, return emails. It has now been 8 days since I last contacted them and they have not updated me, called or emailed. I am now working on an alternative to get my vehicle down.

If you are looking to transport your vehicle, I would look at all the reviews for this company and then decide. My personal recommendation is DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. If 1Stop does not return my deposit, I will be contacting the local BBB and dispute charges with my credit card company.
