Great shipping experience

1-2 Go 2 came through for me when another company fell through, and with a cheaper price! The first company had difficulty securing transport. When a shipper became available, the price was higher than quoted. The driver was unprofessional on the phone, wanting to pick up car at 11pm in residential area. When the original company said it would take about a month to ship my car, I contacted 1-2 Go 2. I explained to Scott what had happened with first company, including the price increase. He informed me that they do not deal with shippers that pull that tactic. He felt that he could find a shipper in 1-5 days. Within 2 days of our initial contact, Scott had secured a transporter for my car.
The contract was for an open carrier, but an enclosed truck arrived to pick up the car. Concerned about a cost increase, I called Scott, and he assured me that the quoted price still stood. We had lucked into an enclosed shipper just wanting to fill a spot!
Every step of this process was very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a vehicled shipped.
