I used Freight Center(BROKER) to ship motorcycles from Taylor, MI to Orlando, FL. An email stated this transportation time would be 3 business days after delivery to the Taylor, MI terminal. Two motorcycles were delivered together to the Taylor terminal on 4/1/11. STI Delivers was the transportation company. One motorcycle (NA108100) was delivered to Orlando, FL terminal on 4/7/11 (4 business days later) and the second motorcycle(NA108000) was delivered on 4/12/11 (7 business days later). Neither Freight Center representatives nor the STI Delivers representatives were cordial or sincere in addressing the problems.
