STI intentionally held my motorcycle for approximately a month and bumped it from truck to truck to delay delivery way beyond the "delivery by" date. STI made numerous email representations confirming on time delivery but were all bogus. Nobody from STI contacted me until I threatened legal action and then they sent a form letter on where to file the claim.
