I have been shipping my car back-and-forth to Florida for years and I have always put my suitcase in the trunk and never had a problem. Nick from this company was the broker who arranged for transportation of my car on JBO transporters LLC. My car had no gas in it and besides my suitcase which weighs less than 50 pounds I had a paper bag with a present in it for someone small and a duffel bag with some toiletries in it. After they picked up my car and were on the road they told me that because I didn’t tell them there was gonna be a suitcase in the car that I needed to pay $150 extra or the transport company would not give me my car and they would impound it. Don’t ever let this company broker a transport company for you and please save yourself some aggravation and do not use JBO Transport! I will never ever use them again.
