I entered a contract to move a vehicle from AZ to WA. I spoke with Brittany. It has now been 3 weeks. No transport. I reached a dispatcher once who stated they were working on it. No contact since then. I have left 4 voicemails and sent multiple emails. no answer, no response. I finally reached Brittany, who had no answer except, "We are working to find a driver". I told her I wanted to cancel the contract as it has been nearly 3 weeks. She said I could do that. No apology, no nothing. What a huge waste of my efforts, time, and money spent on a rental car while I wait for a non-existent transport. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS POORLY RUN COMPANY.
