I want to thank Laura for making my transport experience less stressful. She was the first one to call me after I had requested service through an online referral transport service. She made me feel comfortable from the first phone call to the end. She explained what can happen if you bid too low, but was never pushy. She even offered to give me advise if I use another company instead of hers. She answered my calls every time and still advise me when she thinks I was going with another carrier. With that support and her honesty, I decided, I would not put my business in no ones hand but Laura. I had shopped around with many brokers and they were all convincing, but Laura explained everything patiently and professionally. I do learn that there are cheaper brokers/carriers out there that promise to transport for incredible low prices, but then there can be long delays and nightmares if you go too low. I am happy I listened to Laura and followed my heart. My vehicle was delivered safely as promised without any hasel. I will definitely use Zip Ship Auto for any future move. Vehicle was picked up and dropped off as promised.
