YOU NEED TO READ THIS REVIEW!!!!!!!
I bought a buggy for over 185K and got it shipped from colorado to Florida. So I found a site on the internet and got a quote from over 25 different companies. Man, I got emails and phone calls out of the yin yang!!!! I was almost overinnundated with people trying to jocky for my business... I got offers from $725.00 to over $1100 to ship this buggy to FLorida. So I got a call from Trent at ZipShip, seemed like a good guy (and he was one of the cheapest) so naturally I wanted to talk with him about getting this rig to FLorida. He was VERY honest and upfront about EVERYTHING... I even checked the reviews about the company and they were poss reviews... Then I got a phone call from another company, so naturally I wanted to pick his brain about the differences of what they had to offer (this guy was about $1000.00 to ship the car) The competitor company proceeded to talk trash about ZIPSHIP, About how ZipSHIP was a new company and how they were lowballing all the competitors, and how BAD ZIPSHIP was. SO of course I got worried, and immediatly called Trent with ZIPSHIP. (BTW, he ALWAYS ANSWERED THE PHONE EVERYTIME I CALLED) so I got a really good feeling about everything. Trent told me the whole story of how they are a new company, and yes he was coming in low on all the shipping companies to earn business (which honestly is what I did when I started my engineering firm) SO I saw NOTHING WRONG with that. AND it saved me money....... 2 days later he calls and tells me that a transport company is going to pick up my buggy and ship it to FLorida, and said it will take about 5 days to get to me, 2 days later the rig shows up at our warehouse in perfect shape, WITH NO SURPRISES NO EXTRA CHARGES, EXACTLY THE WAY TRENT SAID IT WOULD HAPPEN.......
He now is getting over 2 buggies a month shipped out of Colorado from our company WE WILL ONLY USE HIM!!!!! The comunication is unbelievable, he is honest,,, and he runs his business EXACTLY the way a successful company should run it.....
DONT LISTEN THE THE OTHER TRASH TALKING COMPANIES,,,,,,SAVE MONEY AND HAVE PIECE OF MIND WITH ZIPSHIP.....
I never right reviews about people or companies,,,,but I felt that this was a well deserved review to a great company that goes out of their way to make auto transport less stressful.....
