I was hesitant at first but completely satisfied and would use them again. The short "time on site" was a concern, but the customer service team obviously had a lot of experience in the industry prior to joining/forming this broker. And while they have a 5-star review the low # of reviews (28) caught my concern, but what can I say I've now added another 5 star review to the list. Great customer service (thanks Matt!), personal touch, prompt replies and updates, on-time, and guided me through the process.

I was shipping a car from Massachusettes to California for a new employee starting at our company, and I felt a lot of pressure to do it fast, at a good price, and with a dependable carrier. The car was picked up on the first available day we listed, which happened to be only 4 days after I first started quoting out the job. ZipShip has access to an incredible fleet of trucks, and carefully evaluates which are the best drivers/companies to use. The driver from VIP LLC picked up the vehicle on time, kept in touch with me the whole way by direct cell phone, and dropped off in California 7 days later without any issue. Woo hoo!

Considering the quick pickup (within 4 days of first quote) we were not charged any expedite fees, and no deposit. A small fee payable to ZipShip was not charged until the vehicle was already on the truck, and the rest of the money wasn't payable to the driver until delivery. $1195 total. Deal!

What's amazing is that they could have picked up the vehicle in less than 4 days if we were ready.

Fast service and great customer care... we'd use them again!
