SCAM SCAM SCAM We purchased a vehicle off of a auction website and on February 7th we posted that the vehicle is readily available for pick up on a website called " Central Dispatch". Minutes later we received a call from Zen Auto Transport and we agreed that they'd pick up my vehicle from California ($40,000 BMW X5) and deliver it to New York for the price of $1,200 CHECK ON DELIVERY , and that it'd be delivered within 10 days. On February 17th we gave them a call asking where the car is and they told us the delivery will be late. On February 19th we called again and they told us the vehicle will not be delivered until we give them a full payment with cash through Wells Fargo,stating that they will not accept check or certified check , even though we must pay on delivery COD $1,200 check, of which we have a contract agreement for, so we drove an hour from our location to the bank to wire the money to them on the 19th of February. Zen auto group told us that once they receive the cash ( we have a receipt) they will deliver the vehicle same day (4 hour drive) under any circumstance, between 3 to 5 PM. That morning they receive the cash and we call them later same day asking when we will receive the vehicle, and they told us they don't know and that the vehicle is no longer on schedule for delivery, and that they want us to drive to them and pick up the vehicle. We have tried to resolve this issue, asking for an adjustment for incomplete work, and they declined. In the end we had to hire another tow truck, to bring the vehicle here, which they wouldn't help us pay for. The customer waiting for the vehicle scheduled for delivery has canceled his contract with us, and he has received his refund, and we lost the deal due to this company. This company is a scam and i advise all others to stay away from it. They held our vehicle as hostage, received full payment in advance, and declined to finish the job once receiving payment. We want a refund. AND CAR WAS DAMAGED (REASON THEY ASKED FOR MONEY UPFRONT AND REFUSED TO DELIVER) SASHA IS THE WORST PERSON I SPOKE TO IN THE UNITED STATES, THEY THINK THEY’RE STILL IN RUSSIA! PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. WE WILL SEE THEM IN COURT!
