Outstanding customer service, the two dispatchers are very cordial, informative and clearly knowledgeable about the business. I shipped my car from my private practice office and it arrived at its destination within 3 days, 2 days earlier than I expected it. I made arrangements to accept the car when they came, but never did I feel pressured to do so and the driver Ricardo communicated with me ahead of time that he was running well ahead of schedule. Understanding that all sorts of things may happen on the road is one thing, but being able to communicate any and all happenings is very important, especially to someone like me who owns his own business. I will absolutely use this company again when the need to transport arises again.
