Having used the services of Z-Best Auto transport on 2 occasions prior with the last in Feb 2010, I had no doubt when I needed the services of a Transport company that only one company and in particular one gentleman Mario would be the only call I would need to make.

Having purchased a vehicle from a dealer a deal was reached that the dealer would provide the shipper to transport the vehicle. This did not fair well with me so I imposed one condition. Having done this on 2 previous occasions i was too aware that there are a vast amount of untrustworthy brokers and carriers that I cetainly would not want to deal with. The condition i imposed was that if the vehicle was not moved within 7 days of when the deal was done then i would be able to take over and instruct a carrier/broker of my choice. I was fairly sure that the vehicle would not be moved (although i would have liked to have been proved wrong) as thought the vehicle sat there on day 7 so here was when i contacted Mario. As always and even after serveral years, Mario responded immediately to my request for assistance. As always he told me to leave it to him. Having thought that it would be around 5 days before i heard back from him, he contacted me early on day 3 and told me he had arranged pick up of my vehicle and it would be picked up within the hour. It was and was delivered to me early with no issues. Mario contacted me and kept me infomed as to the delivery date. The service was as expected, excellent, and just as promised much like the first time I used his services. 3 times in and I will certainly be looking to use Z-best Auto transport again in the future.

For those of you reading reviews, I too have been down this road and trying to pick a reliable a trust worthy company can be a daunting task especially with the vast amount of rogue brokers out there who give you unrealistic prices and promiseyou the world. I can assure you that if you use the services of Mario he will make it a very pleasant experience and will not let you down on service and price. Honesty and Integrity are certainly values that Mario adheres to. Thank you Z- Best for yet again an excellent A+ service.
