I recieved many quotes for sending my car from Chicago to Knoxville Tn. After looking them all over I decided to go with Zbest. Rachel from Zbest had called to follow up on the quote and to answer any questions I might have. Their price was one of the lower quotes so I was concerned but I liked their policy of not paying the deposit until my car was assigned to a truck. Well I called them at about 6:30 on Thursday evening and gave them the information. At about 9 am the next morning I recieved a call from Matt telling me that they assigned my car to a truck and it will be picked up that afternoon! The transport truck arrived at my house at 4:15 Friday afternoon. Less than 24 hrs.after my first call. They loaded my car and said it would be delivered the next day. My car was delivered to the door in Knoxvill at 8 pm.Saturday evening. The whole move ,from my initial call to Rachel,till the time my car was delivered was 49 hrs. I can not tell you how pleased I am with this experience. The people at Zbest were very polite and answered any questions I had. I would highly recomend this company to anyone looking to ship a car.It couldnt have gone smoother.
