absolutely horrible

I was contacted by Chad in June with a quote of $750 and arranged to have my car picked up 26 July. He said that it may be a day or two later, but it will happen in that time. I paid my $190 deposit and tried to call him several times to confirm the order was complete and the deposit was received. He never replied to any emails or phone calls.
July 26 arrived and still nothing from anyone. Over a week later, I received and email saying that they do not have a driver scheduled to pick up my vehicle and to reply with any concerns. I replied 3 times asking for a phone call and never received neither a call or email.
It's now 12 August. I've spent most of my day trying to get someone to answer the phone there, or on hold waiting to speak to Ronny. I finally got him around 2 pm and he PROMISED me that he'd call me back with some info before 5 pm. At 5:15, still nothing. I had to call several times again to get someone to answer, only to be put on hold for over ten minutes. I tried calling back and was told he was on the phone with another customer and he'd call me right back. It's now past 6 pm and I still have not heard from Ronny.
I'm in the military and will be reassigned soon to another state. I can't believe the absolutely horrible and ignorant service I've rreceived since they got my deposit. I can promise you that if my vehicle is not picked up and on it's way to me with a week, I will either have my deposit back or a lawyer will be involved.
