Beware of the lowest quote and Read the contract before you sign anything, I tried to save a couple of dollars and ended up with the short end of the stick however the worse part is “Your Choice Auto Transport LLC” gets paid even if you cancel your order.
This is how they operated with me. I purchased a vehicle in Scottsdale AZ going to Tampa FL. Your choice Auto Transport quoted $620.00 when most other carriers wanted $750 to $1000. I thought $620.00 that’s great right! Or so I thought. But I had four wheels that had to ship with the vehicle, No problem $695.00 with the wheels. What They didn't tell me most truckers won't take four loose wheels with tires but that's not the problem.
The problem is It’s bait and switch for lack of a better term. They quote low and have you sign a contract (that guarantees them $90 even if you cancel your order.) After signing the contract they list your vehicle on the website to get picked up at a ridiculous low price, i.e., they listed my vehicle at $430.00 from AZ to FL when the average fair is $600+ to the driver. So what happens, your car sits and doesn’t get picked up because the average rate is much higher! Then, Your Choice Auto Transport LLC calls and says “Hey! we have a driver that will pick up your vehicle BUT he wants $650 COD after you already paid $190.00 deposit. That’s $100 more than the average going rate everyone else quoted.
Starting to get the picture???? It’s YOUR CHOICE to ship your car at the higher price! Get It “YOUR CHOICE AUTO TRANSPORT” After you pay your deposit its YOUR CHOICE to pay more to have your vehicle shipped. Or cancel your order and forfeit $90.00 per their contract. Either way YOUR CHOICE AUTO TRANSPORT gets paid and you’re up the creek after signing with this transport company.
I started doing my homework and called a reputable Transport company who told me what the going rate was to move a vehicle from AZ to FL. The also told me what vehicle was listed for on the website. With that knowledge it was cheaper to cancel my order with YOUR CHOICE AUTO TRANSPORT LLC and forfeit the $90.00 and retain a honest transporting company. They “The new transport company” had my vehicle picked up the same day for $650.00 COD and only charge $100.00 for the broker fee. Believe me it was worth it otherwise my car would still be sitting in AZ.
YOUR CHOICE AUTO TRANSPORT LLC is a SCAM in my opinion. If you contest it and go to court against them YOU HAVE TO GO TO MIAMI, ITS IN THEIR CONTRACT!!!!!
I haven’t found any other companies with that kind of language in their contract. Most other transport broker contracts are concerned with damages to your vehicle, NOT LAW SUITS because they bait and switch the price IF you want your car transported. Of course you don’t have to pay more with YOUR CHOICE AUTO TRANSPORT LLC, Just sit and wait to see if someone will take it for less than the going rate.

I want my order cancelled and a 100% refund. You have not dispatched a driver to pick up the vehicle nor will you be able to at the quoted price of $695.00 with four wheels.
Your dispatcher said it's going to be a problem shipping the vehicle with four extra wheels. I gave you a deposit in good faith and want the full deposit refunded.
Your running a bait and switch operation where you under quote everyone in the industry and switch/up sell the price because you grossly under quoted everyone in your industry.
I specifically asked to have the vehicle moved with four wheels as per your quote below. Not to call your dispatcher only to have her tell me it's going to be a problem shipping the vehicle with the extra wheels.
I want a reply and confirmaton the order is 100% cancelled and fully refunded.
