Really Do Get What You Pay For

I booked a transport with Young's from Marco Island, FL to Wixom, MI.
I then made the big mistake of trying to save $200 & canceled with Young's to go with a BROKER from Marco Island who lied & told me they owned their trucks. Needless to say the broker didn't own a single truck & we were left with no pick up & no answers on the day we had plane reservations! ~ I called Young's in a panic to see if I could re-book with them. Young's was as kind as could be considering I had cancelled with them on short notice. ~ I felt better that we could take our SUV to their office that is fenced in until the next truck could load it up. ~ Never again will we book with a company just because they are cheaper! After another look at the reviews of the BROKER, we should have realized they were too perfect & were probably posted by their own employees. ~ Thank You Dana & Jeannie for being so helpful & honest while taking care of us. We learned that we get what we pay for& we will be calling Young's early knowing that we are booking with a real trucking company and not some "wanna be". Your transport fee is very fair considering you also offer peace of mind.

Claudia, Im so happy we could help you out with this. You are one of many that experience this same unfortunate situation when they hire a broker. We strive to provide honest and great customer service. And it upsets us to see the experiences some of our clients have to go through when they shop around for the lower price.
