I was 500 miles from home when I lost the transmission in my pickup. I went online to arrange for a transport home. I was inundated with texts but Tianna from Yellowfin called and explained the process. She listened to my timeframe and found a transport. She handled everything and it went very smoothly. 5 stars for Tianna
