I was extremely nervous about hiring another auto hauler as I had been taken advantage of in the past. I relayed my apprehensions with Amanda. She immediately made me feel I had an ally in my quest. My last experience with another company was a nightmare. I paid the contracted fee to the booking agency before my vehicle was loaded. The driver charged me extra “loading fee” of $100 cash when he picked up the car and refused to remove the vehicle from the hauler if my son did not pay the “unloading fees” which were $200 cash. Yellowfin logistics does not make you pay for the hail upfront. I paid a small booking fee once my vehicle was loaded, which was prior agreed upon. Amanda, my booking agent even put me in touch with my driver at VB AUTO GROUP INC. where we discussed exact pricing. My vehicle was loaded in California the same day we signed the contract. It was then delivered to Louisiana a day early. The driver updated us when he picked up, again the morning of the day he was dropping off, and once again an hour out from his expected time of arrival. The equipment used was of the most professional I have seen for vehicle transport. The driver Russel did three walk around inspections with me upon delivery. I received a bill of laden upon receiving the keys to my son’s vehicle. We also received a military discount. Amazing service!
