I started on my journey to have my daughter’s VW Tiguan transported from Atlanta to Kansas City. I entered my name & email address into the world wide web & in less than 30 minutes I had 11 companies contact me. I had quotes from $500 to $800, phone calls with skeptical promises & text messages with “we have a transporter waiting for you.” It was an extremely exhausting process to vet thru these aggressors. After much research I fortunately happened upon Yellowfin Logistics. Following a few introductory question & answers, I felt that I needed some more assurance.That is when Surge entered. And what an entrance! Not only did he throughly explain the entire transporting process, he convinced me that I would never regret choosing Yellowfin. Mr. Rains explained in great detail why Yellowfin has an A rating with the BBB. He also exhibited great professionalism, knowledge & compassion - extremely important characteristics. Obviously he sold Yellowfin to me & am I glad that I bought. After talking with Surge, all my fears were allayed. I knew Yellowfin was the right choice. And the process was seamless. The driver - Oleg- communicated with my daughter at every step of the process -from pickup time to when he arrived in Kansas City. Your description of the fiery baptism each Shipper faces when first encountering the Auto Shipping industry is dead on the level in every respect.
