Mediocre service; car delivered damaged

While they were eager to get the contract signed (called me multiple times a day), once it was signed, they disappeared. I had to follow up with the actual company that moved my car since Yellowfin is just a broker. Then my car showed up damaged (small crack in the windshield) which was not discovered until after I had my car washed and no one will take responsibility for it. Plus, my phone cord was missing from my car so the driver must have taken it. Overall, very disappointed.

Although we sincerely appreciate honest feedback on our service, our records reflect that you signed the Bill of Lading confirming that your car was received in excellent condition on April 21st. As we have discussed with you in detail, finding a small crack in your windscreen only after using your vehicle for a full six weeks after we delivered your vehicle is completely outside of the scope of reasonable liability.
