Yellow Brick Transport is the real deal! Phil went out of the way to make sure that I was knowledgeable about the process, and he was also very courteous and professional. Phil delivered on EVERYTHING he said, and that's rare these days. Me being hardheaded and stubborn, I didn't listen to the advice Yellow Brick Transport gave me early on, and it cost me not only time, but money as well. Eventually, even after I requested a refund,which was promptly placed back on me credit card a few days later, I called Phil and Yellow Brick Transport back. I apologized, and Phil got right back on the job and had my car delivered within one day. Amazing! But here's what I haven't told you: even after requesting my initial payment back, Phil and Yellow Brick Transport continued to call and check on me. But the best thing about all of the wonderful things Yellow Brick Transport did for me, they had my car delivered in an enclosed trailer for HUNDREDS less than what the other companies were quoting me! I'm a real person; my review is real! Phil and Yellow Brick Transport are, like I said earlier, the real deal! Thanks for EVERYTHING, Phil! I'll DEFINITELY be a repeat customer!
