I dealt with Terri as a dispatcher. She wanted a $150 deposit. I ended up flying and picking up the vehicle myself and so or course asked for a refund of the deposit. Big time runaround. Getting the deposit back turned into a 2 month ordeal and inconvenienced a lot of people because Terri had my 150 and despite all her promises and assurances didn't want to get it back. "Oh, I'm busy and out of the office - I'll take care of when I get back". And on and on. So, on the one hand, seeming to be prepared to refund and on the other hand not refunding. Finally stopped responding to my emails. Duplicitous.
