Excellent service and speed

I contacted them on Monday before labor day weekend to schedule a pick-up on/after Friday in the same week. Although the driver first told me to be here on Saturday night, but it was raining on Sat so they were late and picked up my car on Sunday morning in Chicago. In the mean time, I was informed clearly about the schedule. The driver inspected the car in detail. They told me to expect arrival in Portland on Friday but they arrived on Wednesday. Two days earlier! Considering this happened in labor day long weekend and I am really impressed with the speed (well..since I happened to book the flight out there to get my car in time).
YBS quoted $925 for me and told me that the extra $50 that the driver asked will be out from their pocket. When the driver told me the delivery date and the extra $50 charge added to the quote, I called YBS and left a message about this. The next morning before delivery, Mike in YBS informed me that the driver is aware of the split in bill. My car looks the same as before and the stuff in the trunk is still there. Everything is flawless in my opinion and I am really happy that my car arrived safe and sound and quick!
