I had an excellent experience with YBS Logistics! I had received about 20 quotes and theirs was one of the lower ones. I was a little skeptical booking a low bid, but Susie, my customer service rep, assured me that their reputation would carry the day. And did it ever. As a first time transporter, Susie took me through the process and was very honest and relistic about pickup and delivery times. After all, what trucking company would go out of their way to pickup in Eagle, Idaho? In fact other carriers told me it would never happen for that price. But within a few days, Susie schduled a carrier for the price she quoted to do the pickup. She even gave the driver part of her fee to incent pickup.

Talk about customer service, during the 5 days it took to go from Eagle, Idaho to the Philly area, Susie kept in touch with updates. She also has a great sense of humor and is quite a hoot! I always looked forward to talking with her. I also want to credit the carrier driver Frank. He was extemely professional and friendly during drop off. I'd definely use YBS Logistics again and recommend them to all my friends.
