Customer care was excellent and the process was transparent from beginning to end. I always knew what to expect because It was communicated to me via the website videos. Also, you have a contact person that you can call or email or text at any time. I did this several times and was always given a quick response.
I would absolutely use this company again. They are pros who have this down to a science and it’s a obvious they care about their reputation.
