My flight was delayed in NY and Xpress transport did not show up to pick me and my group up. They claimed that they tried to reach me. I told them they had my flight details and it’s their responsibility to check the flight details. Passengers can’t receive calls in route. They refuse to refund my money back for services they didn’t provide. They left 5 women stranded in England. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE
