Contract never signed or agreed to. In effect they stole my vehicle.

My cousin and I are in the process of moving to different states. I recently finished my term in the military and headed back home. Since the military would not pay for shipment of a vehicle I had to have my car shipped. I was given a quote over the phone and was told that both cars could be moved under the same ticket. I spoke with my cousin and told her this. She spoke to them and they told her something different that involved a higher price not realizing that she had spoken to me.
Very deceptive personnel working in this company. On 8/3/2017 Xpress Transportation LLC 55 Morris Turnpike · Randolph, NJ 07869(https://www.xprtransport.com/) took 100.00 out of my account and then charged my card again for 125.00. Both erroneous charges were made the same day I told them to postpone any thing they were doing because the information had not been given to them for pick up of a second vehicle. I asked for an email with the contract and terms, which I did not agree to so after reading and speaking with the second party involved I decided to cancel my reservation the same day 8/3/2017 via email per their terms since they had closed before I could make another phone call to cancel verbally. I called the company 8/4/2017 first thing in the morning and no one answered the phones, I called the driver and he said that he was halfway across Kentucky with the car and told me that he would not return the car to the pickup site and I will pay for the car when he arrives or they will hold it in storage and charge me for each day it’s in storage. I had called the company from a different phone number to get anyone to answer the phone. The representative I had been dealing with continued to deny that I did not tell him not to ship the car and refused to help me with the situation. I’m currently in the process of trying to get my money back and speaking with a supervisor about the situation.
