signed contract on 05/17 for pickup my car on 05/18. no show on the first date, and changed to 05/19. again no show. changed to 05/22. driver refused to pickup my car on 05/22 as he was told to pickup a different car. I cancelled the order after it failed 3 dates. It refused to refund my $100 deposit despite my repeated request. I filled a complaint with BBB, my credit card company.

im sorry about what happen in our record it shows we gave you back your deposit. some times we dont have control of the carriers we dispatch orders too, as if they can get there early or late.
