By far the worst single experience I have ever had with any company. We agreed to a price ($795), but two days later I was called and asked to pay $100 more for a transportation vehicle that was available "right now." I refused, as this was not the price I had agreed to, and I was told my car would be picked up for the agreed-on price between 8 and 10 AM the next morning. At 10 AM the next morning, after no one had come, I called again, and was informed that the time had changed to 3-5 PM. After rearranging my entire day, I waited in my house until 5 PM and still no one came. Calls and e-mails to the company were ignored. I have no choice to conclude that the company attempted to extort me for $100 more than we agreed to, and bailed on the entire agreement when I refused. Disgusting.
I will be reporting them to the BBB as well. This company does not deserve any business from anyone.
