Count me also in the minority and freaked after reading the reviews for this carrier...but it all turned out OK.

They picked up the car from Newark, Delaware, a day early (Sunday evening instead of Monday), but the seller, thankfully, was flexible.

Delivery to California took only a few days...I believe they use two drivers (?). They deliver to the Gardena, California area. I live in Sacramento, so they contracted with a local carrier, LG Moving Trans, to complete the delivery to my area. This driver was easy to work with, although he requested I meet him 10 miles away from my door, near the Copart auction yard in southeast Sacramento...so much for door-to-door service, but whatever. The driver, Albert Gonzalez, seemed friendly, letting us look over the car, which arrived a bit dusty but otherwise fine.

So- bottom line: WOULD USE AGAIN.
