Damage will not be fixed

This company picked up my car late and dropped it off late, but I understand things do happen. When the car was finally dropped off, it was damaged. I noted it on the bill of lading and paid the driver, immediately contacting the company. They seemed nice and it appeared that it would be relatively easy to get paid for the damage. I took pictures and took the car to a body shop to get a quote. I sent all the information to them several times, as they kept losing it. It took about a month of phone calls and resending information; however Orlando finally told me my check would be sent the following Monday or Tuesday. Two weeks later I call because I have no check. I am told that Orlando does not work there and they have no record of my car being shipped by them (this is without ever even asking for my reference number, name, nothing). I call back talk to a different guy. I asked them to look up my reference number and what do you know, they have all my info. When I press them about information for settling my claim, there is never anyone there that can help me. Four months later, I still have not received payment, not even know if I will get payment. It has been an incredibly frustrating experience. For your own good do not have them ship your car.
