Great Broker, horrible transport company

We had great service from Worry Free and would recommend them to others, however the transport company they hired (Lithonia Transport Company) was horrible.

The owner/driver of Lithonia Transport Company was them most vile, dishonest and ridiculously rude person we have met in a very long time. He threatened to keep our car if we didn't pay him another $35 for the 2 boxes of spare parts in the truck that were "freight" and not past of the "transport" of the car.
We didn't even bother to argue with him and Worry Free was unable to compel him drop the fee so we ended up having to pay it, but at least we have our car.

Bottom line is that the car got here and basically on time, and all the problems we had were with a subcontractor that Jessica assured us she would never hire again.
