I also was hesistant to book this originally as Worry Free was cheaper than most open deliveries and they had quoted an enclosed delivery. However, now after the fact I am very glad I went the direction I did.

I had a misunderstanding on original pickup so for those using the service...they will pick up 10 business days after you first available pickup date. I thought the time started when I placed the order and that they would start looking immediately for a vendor, but they wait until the preferred date.

FYI, the enclosed delivery went very well. The driver could not deliver to the house, but made arrangements with us and after calling a local tow company...they were able to bring it the rest of the way home. I am very happy with the results and glad to have to car now.
